Combining our Video Survey Imaging system with GIS mapping. The Airborne spatial Digital Video Recorder (sDVR) provides real-time geospatial MPEG2 video encoding of video - collecting time and Geo location data, resulting in an information rich data set.

Using our supplied software, video is automatically associated with the time and location in which it was collected and saved to a map index layer. Clicking on the index layer results in video playback from the selected point and a moving cursor updates current location on the map. During playback, information within the rich audiovisual content is easily translated into point feature database attributes including associated still image captures.

Users gain additional spatial orientation references by loading background reference maps, aerial or satellite imagery into the digital map set. The union of time, date and location with audiovisual content is a powerful tool in expediting informed decision-making.

This product can be made available to your entire workforce over the web with video streaming or individually on network servers or external hard drives.
